All I want to do is find a way to reset or refresh my laptop. The biggest problem is my laptop will freeze and stop responding and I can't open up any programs. Even when my laptop doesn't freeze up I still can click and try to open up programs but they wont load or open. When I try to open up settings I can't get to change PC settings because it won't open I can't reset or refresh. If there is any solution or answer to this problem I would be extremely grateful for any help.
