Windows 7 virtual pc without xp mode


















Not all processors support virtualization, especially if its an older model. However, that doesn't mean that all new processors support it. You have to double check. Tuesday, February 2, PM. There seems to be alot of the information or advice that is offered by people and corporations, that is misleading or incorrect, which can lead you in the wrong direction especialy if one is not computer savvy like myself.

Is this in a beta that others like me might join? Is there any public information on this? We were actually considering a hardware purchase to get over this hurdle so we could do some minimal testing in Windows XP Mode, which one of our customers is using, but which we normally wouldn't need. These OSes are not supported by Microsoft in other words, if there is some kind of technical issue then MS product support won't be able to help you , but they do install and run fine in VMs. Why did the upgrade review not inform me of this change? Why did this get hidden? Now after reading and digging I find many have this issue. Is this true? This thread is locked.
